Ingredients include mee pok, chilli sauce, ketchup, oyster sauce, sesame oil, onion bits, fishballs, taupok and some garnish of dunno what.

客家擂茶

Since my sister is sick, actually her whole family is sick..aiyo, I had to fetch my niece from her school.

Dinner Time !

客家擂茶 and 客家擂茶饭

That my dinner when my hakka fren L bring me there. It comprises of a bowl of 擂茶 and a bowl of 擂茶饭 with small servings of different kinds of vegatables, ikan bilis, tofu, peanuts..the rest I dunno what is it..haha. The way to eat this is to dump the whole bowl of soup into the rice bowl. This is a hakka traditional dish and its good for clearing toxics in your body.

Unfortunately, the taste is just not right for me. After a while, i raised the white flag liao, the food is not my cup of tea. I only consumed 30% of it.

Muscles Aching

Maybe yesterday over exercise, today wake up with aching muscles. Need to get back in shape liao..must work harder.

Workout Day

G sms me last night asking wanna go gym or not. So, early morning 6am, I wake up and carry my heavy body down to the gym. It's tough man.... having stop exercising for 2 months liao. I starting off by doing some weights training and ending with a run on the treadmill. By 845am, I call it a day.

Working Enviroment

Today, I heard a fren complained about work. She is Miyumi.

Miyumi is working in the creative industry and she complained about a fellow senior colleague who seems to like to be meddling in her project.

I advise to Myumi to tell her off which she did and subsequently yelled at her when she really can't take it anymore..wow ! (fierce girl, remind me not to piss her off next time..heh heh)

As I wrote, another fren J is still working in the office after 5 hours of non paid overtime.

Well, this is part and parcel of working life, which i find it to be interesting and kinda miss it.

Yeah, I better go find a job and preferably those companies that has the most babes.. HaHa. That'll be best !!

Clinic

Today one of my niece is sick. I drove her and my sis to the clinic.

The road is long, I'm almost reaching the half way point. Where do I go from here? Should I walk? Should I run? Should I sprint? Take it easy?

Today Is Car Servicing Day

Finally decided send my lau pok car for servicing.

















The waiting area not bad leh, got TV to watch, got newspapers, got free coffee some more.

Why I Start This Blog

It all started when J wants me to post comments on her blog. But then her blog only allowed authorise blogger to post comment. So bo bian lor, I go create a account and play play.

J is a Net friend I've known for many years. She is 172cm tall (Nabeh, taller than me), has long hair and definitely a pretty babe. Too bad she is attached. Heh heh

Actually, I have done up my personal website back in 1997-1998. It took me a week to finish the whole website. Unfortunately, it has been left rotting since then.

Let's see how this blog will last. Keeping my fingers crossed :)

















A storm is coming !

Phew ! No More Fever Liao

Heng ar ! luckily my fever drop back to 37.2. If the fever did not go down. I may suspect that I have dengue fever, very scary.

Nothing happen much today, couldn't sleep well last night. I was flipping in bed till about 430am when BB sms me. BB is at her grandma's wake and feeling very bored. Manage to send a few sms before i doze off to dreamland.

I had a dream, but cant remember what are the details, but I do remember my car inside the dream. Hmmm, wednesday must go buy 4D for my car number liao.

A lot of people is falling sick this period, Miyumi is also on MC at home. haha.

Look like must exercise more to stay healthy. After 2 days of falling sick, my muscles all become flabby liao, so sad.

Sick

Been sick for the last 2 days, with the fever temperature reaching 39.9. So tired, totally no strength, hopefully not dengue la.
