Curry Chicken


Transfer to a bigger pot, use slow fire to cook.
Ready to serve. Yummy

Add 3-4 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt
and half teaspoon of msg


Add potatoes into wok

Add 2 packets of coconut milk + 2 packet of plain water.
1 packet = 500g


Add chicken into wok


Chicken - marinated in oyster sauce, salt and curry powder


Add curry powder into wok

Add spices into wok

Add the spices + chilli into the wok


Curry Spices - can be bought from Indian spices shop


Add the leaves into the wok

Oil and big onion
